About the Role:

The Account Management Specialist - Education ICT plays a pivotal role in supporting the Education Directorate's technology needs.

As a key member of the Education ICT Access Team, you will serve as a liaison between various stakeholders, including clients, technical teams, project teams, and vendors. This role involves creating and transferring user accounts, mailbox creation and modification, and providing folder access permissions to network drives in response to requests from the Education Directorate, Education Support Office, and ACT Public Schools.

With a focus on delivering consistent service excellence, you will offer expert advice and guidance on account access, ensuring seamless workflow management and prioritization to achieve team deliverables within an ITIL framework. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager, ICT Education Directorate, this position offers opportunities for growth and collaboration in a dynamic environment.

About the Salary and Benefits:

This role comes with an estimated annual salary of $80,000 to $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. About the Work Environment:

The Account Management Specialist - Education ICT will be working in a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW), which promotes collaboration and flexibility. Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk, allowing for greater mobility and interaction with colleagues.
