About Us

The Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded hotel located near Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport. Our 464-room hotel offers access to a fitness centre, conference rooms, pool, co-working space, and various food & beverage venues forming a mixed-use precinct.

This hub supports the airport community as a place to gather and socialize for everyone who travels or works from the airport precinct.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide exceptional customer service, handle guest registrations, and ensure accurate accounts management.

  • Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure.
  • Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
Key Responsibilities

As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, you will:

  • Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner.
  • Constantly strive to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid Australian Full driver's license.
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work rotating 7-day roster.
  • Customer-focused attitude with great attention to detail.
  • Reliability and well-groomed appearance.
