Position Overview:

As a key member of our expanding APJ sales team, the Account Executive will play a vital role in driving new business growth. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, where you will engage with potential clients and collaborate with our global teams, including Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach to closing deals, focusing on new business acquisition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Generate new leads through your own efforts as well as by leveraging our high-performing Sales Development team.
  • Deliver compelling demonstrations of the Contentsquare platform and partner with Solutions Consultants to secure clients.
  • Enhance our partner ecosystem within the region.
  • Effectively communicate and resolve issues related to billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries.
  • Collaborate with global teams to create strategic adoption plans for our customers.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement across various domains, including product development.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically in new logo acquisition within the enterprise SaaS sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Marketing Technology landscape or related fields.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, eager to drive growth across the APAC region.
  • Proven experience in managing sales pipelines and closing SaaS contracts.
  • Ability to quickly establish senior-level relationships.
  • Experience presenting to senior management and C-suite executives at leading enterprises.
  • Capability to handle multiple opportunities at various stages of the sales process.
  • Commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and strengthening client relationships.
