About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team at Asana. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating a pipeline of qualified leads for our enterprise customer segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and target new customer accounts and personas to create customized messaging and drive qualified opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel outbound prospecting approach to build a repeatable process.
  • Cultivate value-driven conversations with Director and VP-level personas across complex cross-functional teams.
  • Develop a territory plan with AE and CSM to drive the highest ARR and optimize sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Update activity metrics, meetings, SQO, and pipeline every week.
  • Effectively execute high-impact trials and leverage territory heat maps and buyer's journey to triage target accounts.
  • Understand Asana use-cases, relevant workflows, and ways that Asana can deliver value.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales development experience with at least 6 months of outbound experience.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Proven success in driving outbound prospecting strategy and process to high-level personas and decision-makers.
