About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team at MYOB. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with our Enterprise Sales team and customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and Pursue Customer Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our Enterprise Sales team to close deals.
  • Build Relationships with Enterprise Customers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Enterprise customers, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to grow our business together.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, working closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Development Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales development, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to identify opportunities to grow our business.
  • CRM Experience: Experience with CRM software, with the ability to effectively use the tool to manage sales activities and track progress.
