About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Dynatrace. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers
- Conduct proactive research on accounts using various tools and resources
- Profile assigned accounts by developing an understanding of the accounts' business and technology challenges, opportunities, drivers, and market positioning
- Drive outbound 'named account' prospecting to generate new logo business opportunities
- Educate prospective customers on the value of Dynatrace enterprise solutions and qualify opportunities with business potential
- Support prospect and community awareness and education of Dynatrace solutions and trends
- Follow up on inbound enquiries and leads generated through our marketing campaigns and provide feedback to marketing on the quality of these leads and prospects
- Perform analysis on CRM (Salesforce) to track activities, attend weekly territory forecast meetings and update team on progress of identified activities
- Meet and exceed your defined target of qualified opportunities per quarter
Requirements
- A passion for technology and software sales, 1-2 years of customer facing experience is required
- University degree, College Diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce)
- High level of commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and influencing
- Ability to work both individually and in a collaborative team environment
- Strong time management as well as the ability prioritise tasks and effectively meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Collaborative and coachable mindset - you should be excited about continuously improving your skills and impact
- Resourcefulness and results driven operating style
- Strong problem solving, organisational and interpersonal skills
