We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Business Development Representative to join our team at Asana. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating a pipeline of qualified leads and driving revenue growth for our enterprise customer segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a targeted outbound sales strategy to identify and engage with key decision-makers at enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and directors, to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to leverage account intelligence and drive sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales development experience, with a proven track record of success in driving outbound sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with sales tools, including CRM software and sales automation platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
