The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. This role will involve:

  • Prospecting and closing new business deals through consultative sales approach
  • Using relationship-building skills to build a solid pipeline of prospects
  • Achieving and exceeding established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Making significant outbound calls and emails daily to engage new and existing accounts
  • Delivering live and web-based presentations and training sessions to prospective clients (occasional interstate travel may be required)

Key Responsibilities

• Research categories, identify targets, and network within industry groups

• Confidence in Cold Calling

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Basic understanding of selling principles and processes behind consultative selling

• Organisational skills to ensure effective pipeline management

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Ability to speak with prospects across various industries and backgrounds
  • Enthusiastic approach to work and a drive to succeed
  • 3+ years Sales experience

What We Offer

You will receive a base salary plus generous commissions, bonuses, approved business expenses, and super. Estimated OTE in excess of $110k, with uncapped commissions offering higher earning potential.
