About the Role:
- Assist the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks, data management, and maintenance registers.
- Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Roles available range from entry-level to more experienced Facilities Coordinators.
Key Requirements:
- Confident in performing administrative tasks and working collaboratively.
- Dedicated to exceptional customer service and has a customer-centric approach to all tasks.
- Enthusiastic and possesses strong people skills.
- Able to think quickly on their feet and problem-solve.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in facilities, property, or related roles.
