We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our team and provide regular leave cover for various roles across our client accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a flexible work schedule and the chance to develop their skills in facilities administration, customer service, and problem-solving.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Facilities Management team with day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks, data management, and maintenance registers.
  • Provide superior customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Roles available range from entry-level to more experienced Facilities Coordinators.

Key Requirements:

  • Confident in performing administrative tasks and working collaboratively.
  • Dedicated to exceptional customer service and has a customer-centric approach to all tasks.
  • Enthusiastic and possesses strong people skills.
  • Able to think quickly on their feet and problem-solve.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in facilities, property, or related roles.
