This role involves ensuring safe and compliant facilities, managing continuous improvement of Facilities Management and Business Support Services, supporting office moves and new employee setups, overseeing workplace security and contractor management, handling billing and administrative tasks, and maintaining premises and coordinating repairs.
To be successful in this position, you will have 2+ years of administration experience, embody JLL's core behaviours, possess strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and new IT systems.
You must work independently, manage complex tasks, adapt to change, interact confidently with all organisational levels, efficiently handle conflicts and priorities while maintaining honesty and trustworthiness.

The salary for this role is AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
