About the Role

This permanent part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our operations while collaborating with various stakeholders both internally and externally. As an Administrative Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing individual licenses and certifications, ensuring compliance and updates in our HRIS system.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • License Management: Oversee individual licenses and certifications, ensuring compliance and updates in our HRIS system.
  • Site Inductions: Manage site induction access, issue tokens, and resolve technical issues for team members.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate licensing and induction processes.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including managing communications and processing reimbursements.
  • Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate documentation related to licensing and inductions, ensuring compliance with requirements.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and effective interpersonal skills to engage with a range of stakeholders. A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
