Job DescriptionLeverage Your Skills for Compliance and Administration
We seek a highly detail-oriented Administrative Licensing Specialist to join our operations team. As a key member, you'll oversee individual licenses and certifications, ensuring compliance and updates in our HRIS system.
- License Management: Maintain accurate records, ensure timely renewals, and update relevant information in our HRIS system.
- Site Inductions: Manage site induction access, issue tokens, and resolve technical issues for team members.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate licensing and induction processes.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including managing communications and processing reimbursements.
- Records Maintenance: Ensure compliance with requirements by maintaining accurate documentation related to licensing and inductions.
Achieve Success with Our Ideal Candidate Profile
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and effective interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
