About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Administrator to join our team in Dandenong or Ballarat, VIC. As a key member of our Contract Support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and business support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage absences, sickness reporting, and holiday tracking.
  • Collate and process timesheets, expenses, and provide training for the team.
  • Maintain accurate people records, including training, inductions, new starters, and leavers.
  • Communicate effectively and build relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Assist in compiling contract review packs and monthly meeting reports.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
