The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Licensing Specialist to join our dedicated team at City. This permanent part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our operations while collaborating with various stakeholders internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • License Management: Oversee individual licenses and certifications, ensuring compliance and updates in HRIS system.
  • Site Inductions: Manage site induction access, issue tokens, and resolve technical issues for team members.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate licensing and induction processes.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including managing communications and processing reimbursements.
  • Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate documentation related to licensing and inductions, ensuring compliance with requirements.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with a tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline and at least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and effective interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams is also required.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000-$80,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
