">About the Role: We are currently seeking talented Customer Engagement Specialists to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving membership growth through proactive outreach activities, generating high-quality sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service.
">Responsibilities:
- Sales and Outreach: Utilize sales promotions and referrals campaigns to contribute to club sales budgets and generate new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Identify and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and effective communication.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to existing members, address their inquiries, and ensure a positive member experience.
- Tour and Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations and tours to prospective members to showcase our facilities and services.
- Retention Programs: Implement strategies to retain existing members, inspire them to continue their fitness journey, and recommend relevant products or services.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will also require a current First Aid & CPR certificate and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
What We Offer: As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive package, including a base salary ($60,000 - $80,000 per annum), superannuation, and commission. Additionally, you will receive a complimentary Platinum Fitness First membership, anniversary leave days, and an additional free gym membership for friends and family as part of our recognition for service awards.
