Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Outreach: Utilize sales promotions and referrals campaigns to contribute to club sales budgets and generate new business opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and effective communication.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to existing members, address their inquiries, and ensure a positive member experience.
  • Tour and Presentation: Deliver engaging presentations and tours to prospective members to showcase our facilities and services.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will also require a current First Aid & CPR certificate and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
