Mission Statement:

This position is responsible for spearheading the Sales and Marketing initiatives for the Grid Integration division in Singapore. The role entails complete accountability for meeting Order Received and Order Profitability objectives. This encompasses proactive marketing, lead generation, direct sales engagements with clients, and overseeing the tendering process. You will lead a team of skilled professionals to accomplish targeted outcomes and financial plans, contributing to the core leadership of Grid Integration M&S in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute marketing and communication strategies tailored to the designated area, aligning with the overarching global marketing and sales framework and budgetary constraints. Formulate actionable plans, devise sales strategies, and implement business development initiatives that resonate with the LPG sales strategy, ensuring sales targets are met in terms of budget and efficiency. Establish and monitor key Marketing & Sales objectives in alignment with the Division/Business Unit strategy, ensuring their successful attainment. Identify and evaluate opportunities with both existing and prospective clients within the specified geographical region, crafting plans to capitalize on these opportunities. Oversee product marketing, industry-specific marketing, and strategic as well as tactical marketing plans to bolster the organization. Initiate and report on market analysis and marketing efforts, ensuring effective monitoring through the development and maintenance of robust marketing tools. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare comprehensive competitor analyses, including profit and loss accounts and essential financial data. Manage the flow of information related to sales activities and transactions, including leads, orders, and contracts, while assessing data to ensure goal achievement and providing market intelligence reports to the Marketing and Sales organization. Foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with decision-makers. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contractual agreements across various customers and channels. Take charge of the sales processes, including all relevant training and development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Lead the Grid Integration Sales and Marketing team, focusing on skill development and performance enhancement through training and coaching. This includes hiring and onboarding new team members, providing performance feedback, and addressing any performance issues in collaboration with HR. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with demonstrated negotiation capabilities and experience in team management. Strong communication skills are essential.
