At REA Group, we're changing the way the world experiences property. As an Account Partner in our Developer Sales team, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this goal.
The Developer Sales team works closely with property developers, media agencies, project marketers, and project sales teams to promote their projects and new homes through our suite of display and classified media products across Australia's favorite property websites and mobile apps.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded each month, quarter, and year
- Building relationships with property developers, media agencies, project marketers, and project sales teams to ensure we're briefed on all business that fits our audience profile
- Identifying key prospects and developing sales proposals to meet the advertisers' marketing and sales objectives
- Meeting with key industry influencers to stay up-to-date on competitive offerings, deal structures, and emerging trends
- Understanding prospective clients' businesses, including their key staff, organizational structures, budgeting cycles, marketing and advertising objectives, and campaign plans
- Staying informed about local market developments, including new site launches, initiatives, and online industry trends
- Continuously improving your understanding of global and local online advertising trends, technologies, effective campaign strategies, deal structures, and emerging markets
We're looking for someone with a few runs on the board - proven digital sales experience, knowledge of the property developer industry, sales experience with direct customers and ad/media agencies, good knowledge of advertising processes and strategies, numeracy with experience in reporting on client activity, and strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
As a member of our Developer Sales team, you'll join a cross-functional group of high-achievers representing product, IT, sales, and marketing, supported by PR, communications, HR, finance, and legal teams.
