Mission Statement:

This position is responsible for overseeing the Sales and Marketing operations for the Grid Integration division in Singapore. You will have complete accountability for meeting Order Received and Order Profitability objectives. This encompasses early-stage marketing initiatives, direct sales engagement with customers, and managing the tendering process. You will lead a team of skilled professionals to meet established goals and budgetary requirements, contributing to the core leadership of Grid Integration Marketing & Sales in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, plan, and execute marketing and communication strategies tailored to the designated area, aligning with the global marketing and sales framework and budget. Formulate actionable plans, establish sales strategies, and drive strategic business development initiatives that align with the LPG sales approach, ensuring sales targets are met in terms of budget and efficiency. Set and define essential Marketing & Sales objectives in accordance with the Division/Business Unit strategy and ensure their successful attainment. Identify and pursue opportunities with both existing and prospective customers within the designated geographical area, crafting plans to capitalize on these opportunities. Oversee product marketing, industry segment marketing, and the development of strategic and tactical marketing plans to support the organization, while initiating and reporting on market analysis and marketing activities. Ensure the market is continuously monitored by creating and maintaining effective marketing tools and conducting coordinated marketing analyses. Collaborate internally to prepare comprehensive competitor analyses, including profit and loss accounts (P&L), key financial data, company profiles, and net sales evaluations. Manage the flow of information related to sales activities and transactions, including leads, orders, and contracts, while analyzing data to ensure goal achievement and providing market intelligence reports to the Marketing and Sales organization. Foster strong relationships with key customers, ensuring effective communication and engagement with decision-makers. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract agreements across various customers and channels. Take charge of the sales processes, including all relevant training and development initiatives, actions, and programs. Lead the Grid Integration Sales and Marketing team, focusing on developing employee skills and performance through training and coaching, recruiting and onboarding new team members to meet organizational needs, and providing constructive feedback on performance while addressing any issues in collaboration with HRBP. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with demonstrated negotiation skills and experience in team management. Strong communication skills are essential.
