About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Outbound Services Coordinator to lead our newly established outbound call/engagement centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and policies that guide our dedicated team in making proactive outbound service and engagement calls to both new and existing Fund members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team, providing guidance and support to team members
  • Develop and refine processes and policies
  • Ongoing member engagement and pursuit of service excellence
  • Inter-departmental interaction, liaison, and reporting
Requirements

Some leadership experience and a good understanding of the superannuation regulatory and compliance framework are required for this role. Experience in a financial services sector contact/service centre role is also necessary.
