As a Senior Sales Development Representative Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of SDRs, tracking and measuring key performance indicators, and demonstrating best practices in sales and product knowledge.

You will also be expected to proactively engage with potential clients, build strong relationships, and attract new customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand your market knowledge and awareness, utilize your resources efficiently, and develop sales leads through outbound sales prospecting efforts.
