Sales Development Representative Team Lead

Nuvei is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative Team Lead to join our fast-growing SDR team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for accelerating the distribution of Nuvei's products in the UK market by running a team focused on uncovering new outbound opportunities and qualifying inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting to generate new business opportunities
  • Managing, onboarding, and training a team of SDRs
  • Tracking and measuring key performance indicators
  • Demonstrating best practice and up-to-date knowledge of Nuvei's products
  • Managing time efficiently and prioritizing workload
  • Proactively engaging with potential clients and building strong relationships
  • Developing sales leads using sales tools and outbound sales prospecting efforts

Qualifications:

  • Ambitious and results-driven individual
  • 1-2 years of Sales Development experience, ideally both inbound and outbound
  • Ambition to lead and manage others
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow
