As a key member of our APAC Sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expansion in the region. This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote, a global leader in remote work, as an Outbound Sales Development Expert.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing strategic partnerships.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record of success in sales development, with a strong background in B2B SaaS tech companies.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
  • You are a self-starter, with a proactive approach to achieving goals and delivering results.
  • You are fluent in English and able to think strategically and tactically.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and engage with outbound leads and inquiries.
  • Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
  • Clearly communicate Remote's value proposition to prospects and learn about their needs to determine a good fit.
  • Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed.
  • Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams.
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by various outside sources.
  • Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
