APAC Outbound Sales Development Expert

As a key member of our APAC Sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and expansion in the region. This is an exciting opportunity to join Remote, a global leader in remote work, as an Outbound Sales Development Expert.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing strategic partnerships.
About You:
- You have a proven track record of success in sales development, with a strong background in B2B SaaS tech companies.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
- You are a self-starter, with a proactive approach to achieving goals and delivering results.
- You are fluent in English and able to think strategically and tactically.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and engage with outbound leads and inquiries.
- Sourcing new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for Account Executives.
- Clearly communicate Remote's value proposition to prospects and learn about their needs to determine a good fit.
- Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed.
- Educate and develop prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams.
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
- Cold call into prospects generated by various outside sources.
- Identify key players, research business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
