About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team on a permanent basis, working 8.30am – 5pm in our Brisbane CBD office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet guests and visitors
  • Coordinate courier deliveries
  • Set up meeting rooms
  • Organize catering for meetings and events
  • Grocery and stationery orders
  • Maintain kitchens
  • Credit card reconciliations and manage petty cash
  • Coordinate cab charges and parking vouchers
  • Assist with organizing functions
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to multitask

  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Previous reception experience
