Corporate Affairs Administrator

About the Role:
The Corporate Affairs Administrator will provide high-quality assistance to the Corporate Affairs Manager and clients to ensure they are meeting their ASIC obligations and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the firm's corporate affairs, including company incorporations and trust establishments.
- Preparation of client documents, letters, and responding to requests.
- Assisting with corporate secretarial duties with ASIC, annual reviews, ASIC forms, lodgements, etc.
- Maintenance of ASIC debtors.
- Communication with ASIC in relation to basic client matters.
- Coordination of the out-for-signature and lodgement process.
- Maintenance of paper and electronic corporate and trust filing systems.
- Provision of support to reception by answering incoming phone calls, taking messages, answering queries, welcoming guests, and maintaining meeting rooms.
- Any other general administrative duties necessary for the smooth operation of the firm.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have administrative experience within a professional services firm, preferably in the public practice environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, high organisational skills, and the ability to time manage and prioritise tasks are essential.
