About the Role
This part-time role (20 hours/week) is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative and supportive corporate team. As a Corporate Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our Brisbane office, reporting directly to our QLD State Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer office location services, including liaising with building owners and service providers
- Maintain general procurement, including mobile phones, PPE, and office furniture
- Coordinate facilities, company vehicles, and suppliers
- Organize internal and external events, and provide support
- Assist with onboarding new starters
- Coordinate Health, Safety, and Environment requirements related to the office
- Champion office-related initiatives, policies, and procedures
About You
