NDIS Plan Management Officer Role

This role is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a full-time NDIS Plan Management Officer. The purpose of this position is to manage NDIS Plan Management clients, provide accounting and administrative support to the Finance department and undertake special projects as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist clients with plan renewal, rollover and extension
  • Liaise with clients, Support Coordinators and Local Area Coordinators as needed
  • Manage inbox including email queries and verification of invoices
  • Perform accounting functions, including data entry in Careview and creating client service bookings
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge within a Finance/ Accounts Team
  • Previous experience working with NDIS
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Adept relationship-builder with strong interpersonal skills
  • High level of time management skills with ability to work under pressure
About the Opportunity

We offer a competitive salary package of approximately $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include ongoing training and development, salary packaging arrangements that can increase your take-home pay, real work/life balance and a convenient Woolloongabba Location close to public transport, parking and some really good coffee shops.
