Salary and Benefits

As an Administrative Coordinator, you can expect a salary of around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Job Description

As the Administrative Coordinator for Executive Leaders at Haynes People, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executive team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing confidential and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the executive leadership team
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the corporate Brisbane office
  • Event management, IT asset management, and liaison with Sime Darby Industrial executives and employees
  • Managing the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence and initiating follow-up actions where necessary
  • Diary management and coordination of Sime Darby Industrial solutions event management
  • Recording and preparing meeting minutes, coordinating and preparing presentations, and assisting with annual budget reports
  • Undertaking special projects as required and providing progressive system/reporting updates
  • Purchase order management and coordinating and booking travel for the Sime Darby Industrial solutions team
  • Supporting procurement processes in accordance with the Group Procurement Policy and Authorities and Group Policies and Authorities
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • The ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational/time management skills
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), influencing, and relationship-building skills
