About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales and Revenue Growth to join our team at The Star Entertainment Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Sales and Revenue Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of developing and implementing successful commercial strategies and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze complex data to inform business decisions.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
