About the Role

The Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and growing a solid pipeline of commercial projects, focusing on specification sales within key market segments.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the project lifecycle from specification to completion across all stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tier 1 and 2 architects, designers, and builders
  • Work closely with colleagues across states to secure national specifications
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual sales planning, account mapping, and revenue planning
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, including communicating detailed product and installation knowledge
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM and managing sample libraries for architects and designers
  • Attend networking events to build stronger relationships and identify new opportunities

  • Current contacts of tier 1 architects, designers, or builders/contractors
  • Experience working on projects in hospitals, aged care, hotels, hospitality, or multi-residential markets
  • A strong focus on sustainability & customer service
