About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Regis Aged Care. This is a part-time opportunity that would suit someone who is outgoing, friendly, and has excellent communication skills.

Job Summary

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Provide administrative support for staff and residents
  • Assist with ordering stationery and managing petty cash
  • Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area
  • Assist with visitor inquiries and conduct home tours

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in aged care
  • Strong accuracy and data entry skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity
  • PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
