Via is revolutionizing transportation with technology, aiming to reduce environmental impact and create sustainable mobility solutions. As a Partner Success Principal, you will be the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership, driving success of advanced transportation systems in our partner's cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the success of Via's solutions in partner cities, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of complex projects.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and consultant to partners, transforming their ideas into revenue opportunities for Via.
  • Contribution to strategic decision-making, project planning, and entrepreneurial approaches to ensure success of Via solutions.
  • Delivering insightful analysis from large data sets, helping executives decipher mobility trends within communities.
  • Negotiating multi-year partnership agreements between Via and public agencies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of client-facing work experience, including consulting, customer success, or high growth company roles.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced environments, ability to handle setbacks and pivots, and thrive in high-responsibility roles.
  • Eagerness to take on formal and informal leadership roles within Via, with a desire to grow quickly.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, remaining calm in complex situations, and excellent communication skills.
  • Quantitative skills, drawing insights from complex data sets, and synthesizing numbers into actionable recommendations.
  • A reliable self-starter with a growth mentality, an excellent team player, and mentorship qualities.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The salary will be determined by experience, knowledge, and skills. A competitive range of CAD $130K - CAD $140K reflects the opportunity.
