Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Director to join our team in Korea. As a key member of our Partner & Channel team, you will be responsible for developing and growing our business with our partner community.

Your days will be split between managing Partner & Distribution channel in Korea and developing and driving a few of our strategic Partners in Korea. You will establish relationships with colleagues and partners, build solid knowledge and understanding of our technologies, and navigate the internal & external processes and best practices within the teams.

You will be instrumental to support partners in developing best-in-class EUC sales, consulting, deployment, and managed services practices, to help their customers in their digital transformation journey and realize their own business goals.

Internally, you will work with the broader Korea EUC sales team, partner team, marketing, as well as collaborating with our Go to Market team across each of our technology areas to accelerate key programs and initiatives.

Functional written and verbal communication skills in English and an overall positive and energetic approach will set you apart from competitors.

Leadership & Culture

The hiring manager for this Strategic Partnerships Director role is Rajesh Deepchandani, Asia Pacific, EUC Director for Partners. He leads a team of Partner Sales Managers responsible for developing and growing the EUC business with our partner community.

The team prioritizes sharing best practice and learning from each other, connecting on a regular basis both online and face-to-face. The role is remote and can be done anywhere with a strong internet connection and limited distractions.
