Head of Strategic Partnerships

We're seeking a highly skilled Head of Strategic Partnerships to join our digital technology team at Australia Post. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our strategic sourcing initiatives and driving innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a large-scale strategic sourcing initiative to transform resourcing across the technology domain
- Accelerate our move from Build to Buy strategically, assessing opportunities to uplift capabilities and deepen expertise
- Manage all Strategic Sourcing Vendors, driving performance, competitive pricing, and vendor success
- Influence other functions, such as procurement, finance, and people & culture, to support key priorities within the strategic sourcing function
- Drive adoption of strategic sourcing across Enterprise Services, following a structured change management framework

You have a pragmatic approach to building best-fit solutions and have proven experience in leading teams through transformative change.
