We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Transportation Network Development Lead in Canada. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and deploying advanced transportation networks in communities across the country.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of relevant client-facing experience, including consulting, customer success, or high-growth company success. You'll need to enjoy fast-paced environments, handle complex situations, and take on formal leadership roles.

A strong understanding of data analysis and the ability to draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets is crucial. Additionally, excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary for success in this role.

As a Transportation Network Development Lead, you'll collaborate with Mayors, CEOs, and other stakeholders to develop and deploy advanced transportation systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting on complex transportation services and converting them into long-term revenue growth
  • Owning the success of advanced transportation systems in partner cities and acting as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership
  • Negotiating multi-year partnership agreements between Via and public agencies

In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary range of CAD $130K-$140K, plus a generous benefits package, including free medical plans and 401K matching.
