As a Strategic Partnership Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of Via's advanced transportation systems in Canada. This involves acting as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership, providing expert guidance on complex transportation services, and converting these into long-term revenue growth opportunities for Via.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive revenue growth and expand Via's presence in Canadian cities
  • Collaborate with Mayors, CEOs, Heads of Innovation, and Sustainability Managers to design and deploy cutting-edge transportation networks
  • Negotiate multi-year partnership agreements between Via and public agencies, ensuring successful implementation and integration of Via solutions
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, informing business decisions and driving growth
  • Provide exceptional client service, building trust and credibility with partners through expertise, reliability, and results-driven approaches

About You:

  • At least 7+ years of relevant experience in client-facing roles, including consulting, customer success, or high-growth companies
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering results in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations and build trust with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data insights and inform business decisions
  • A team player with a passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and making a meaningful impact in the community

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: CAD $130K - CAD $140K, commensurate with experience and qualifications
