The Wellbeing Coordinator plays a vital role in leading lifestyle and wellbeing initiatives that enhance residents' quality of life, fostering a sense of belonging and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with events that cultivate a connected community.
  • Develop a dynamic monthly calendar of engaging activities that promote social interaction, wellbeing, and joy.
  • Lead lifestyle and wellbeing initiatives that enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Provide compassionate support and connect residents with essential services and resources.
  • Collaborate with senior citizen centres and community groups to strengthen support and engagement.
  • Maintain resident files and ensure their needs are met.
  • Conduct regular testing and maintenance of medical alert systems for residents' safety and peace of mind.

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive, empathetic, and compassionate nature with the ability to connect with residents.
  • A passion for service and community.
  • Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A team player with a knack for building relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint & D365 desirable but not essential.
  • Certification in Leisure and Health (Cert 4) is desirable, along with First Aid Certificate.
