Your Impact:
- Bringing People Together: Assist with events that cultivate a vibrant, connected community.
- Creating Memorable Experiences: Develop a dynamic monthly calendar of engaging activities that promote social interaction, wellbeing, and joy.
- Championing Wellbeing: Lead lifestyle and wellbeing initiatives that enhance residents' quality of life, fostering a sense of belonging and fulfillment.
- Providing Compassionate Support: Offer care and guidance, connecting residents with essential services and resources.
- Building Community Partnerships: Collaborate with senior citizen centres and community groups to strengthen support and engagement.
- Maintaining Resident Care: Keep resident files up-to-date with requests or relevant information to ensure their needs are met.
- Ensuring Safety: Conduct monthly testing and maintenance of medical alert systems for residents' safety and peace of mind.

What We Love About You:
- A positive, empathetic, and compassionate nature, with the ability to connect with residents and create meaningful experiences.
- A passion for service and community
- Strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills
- A team player with a knack for building relationships
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint & D365 desirable but not essential.
- Certification in Leisure and Health (Cert 4) is desirable, along with First Aid Certificate.
