- 100% office-based during training.
- WFH/hybrid arrangement will commence after training has been completed (2 days from home, 3 days in the office).
- Full Time Position Monday to Friday
- Attractive Hourly Rate $30.59 Plus super

**Your new role**
Join the Remediation team as a File Builder and play a key role in managing cases allocated from a major financial institution. You'll be responsible for generating letters, assembling files, and liaising with other teams to make amendments to cases. But that's not all - you'll also have other priority tasks and cases to manage on a day-to-day basis, making this a challenging and varied role. As part of our Remediation Engagement team, you'll work in a target-orientated, time conscious environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you'll need work experience in a team environment, and ideally, some experience in administrative or process-driven work or in the Financial Services industry. You'll also need to be resilient, able to work with tight deadlines without compromising quality, and be willing to listen to and act upon the guidance of more senior team members.
