You are warm, organised, and people-focused, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. You thrive in a role where building trust, promoting independence, and supporting wellbeing outcomes are central.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in customer service or wellbeing coordination (e.g., retirement living, aged care, community services, hospitality or health sectors).
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
  • A genuine interest in supporting older Australians to live their best lives.
