Role Summary:
We are seeking a Wellbeing Program Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering holistic wellbeing programs that promote engagement and social connection among residents.
The role involves providing individualized support, collaborating with clinical staff, and creating memorable experiences for residents.
A key responsibility of the role is to review and evaluate wellbeing care plans and assessments to ensure that resident needs are being met.
In addition, the role requires working collaboratively with colleagues to provide an exceptional stakeholder experience.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle, knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, and proof of eligibility to work in Australia.
Other skills and qualifications include NDIS Check and strong communication skills.
