Wellbeing Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to champion the health, wellbeing and connectedness of our residents.

About the Role
  • You will support residents in developing and reviewing personalised wellbeing plans.
  • Connect residents with appropriate services, including home care, aged care and community health resources.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to improve service delivery and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate wellbeing and emergency information using our systems and processes.
  2. Assist new residents during their transition into village life, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to enhance service delivery and resident satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or wellbeing coordination, preferably in the retirement living, aged care or community services sectors.
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
