About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Portmans. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating social media activities to support both online and offline business initiatives.

Your primary objective will be to develop engaging content to drive customer engagement and interaction on all social media platforms. You will also moderate the Portmans social communities, communicating in a professional and unique tone that reflects the brand DNA.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating innovative social media content to boost customer engagement
  • Managing social media communities and interacting with customers in a professional manner
  • Providing weekly and monthly summary reports on social media activity performance
  • Assisting in the development plan for brand emails aligned with the marketing calendar
  • Executing all social media activities, including posting, tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, and increasing social reach

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager – Portmans to ensure the successful implementation of all social media activities.

This role requires 1-2 years of experience working in digital marketing and social media, preferably in the retail industry. A tertiary education in a marketing-related field is also essential.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Experience in developing, implementing, and managing day-to-day social media activities and community management
  • Demonstrated experience in image and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/PremierPro) and social media advertising platforms
  • Ability to create engaging content to contribute to the brand's email program

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, based on your level of experience.
