Senior Account Manager Role

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in SEO, PPC, and social media advertising. You will be responsible for developing and growing relationships with all client stakeholders, maintaining client satisfaction through excellent service levels, and anticipating customer needs.

As a key member of our team, you will also be responsible for onboarding new clients, presenting company documentation, and managing project deliverables, timelines, expectations, goals, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.

In addition, you will identify and pursue profitable growth opportunities in existing client portfolios, work closely with our SEO & PPC teams to ensure cutting-edge strategies, and champion our company values, purpose, and vision internally and externally.

Requirements
  • Experience in Account Management, Client Services/Client Management in the digital marketing space
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Knowledge / Experience in SEO, PPC, Social Media Advertising and Web Builds
  • Relationship builder who can quickly build rapport with all types of people
  • Ability to understand and overcome challenges with your clients
  • Solutions and outcomes focused
  • Excited about working in an always-changing and evolving industry
  • Can effectively manage multiple projects and work with various teams in a fast-paced environment
