Mimco - Digital Marketing Coordinator - VIC

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Mimco. This exciting opportunity involves coordinating and executing all digital marketing components to support customer relationship management, marketing emails, search engine marketing, search engine optimisation, and website content.

This role will also support the development of customer strategies, email communications, and loyalty programs. You will work closely with our digital marketing leads to utilise audience data strategies and find new customers while driving more value from existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive acquisition of new members, improve first purchase rates, reduce churn, and build growth within segmentation.
  • Support the development of personalised customer journeys through email and other channels that adapt to customer needs and preferences.
  • Work with digital marketing leads to use loyalty audience data strategies to find new customers and drive more value from existing customers.
  • Conceptualise, design, and execute creative digital communications across emails, websites, and digital assets.
  • Manage and maintain a feed of products suitable for multiple performance channels.
  • Support the implementation of technical requirements for website enhancements in conjunction with the group omni team to maximise ROI and increase organic or paid search results listings.
  • Collaborate with the SEO lead to implement Search Engine Optimisation best practices in all content and identify new areas of content development.
  • Develop UX improvements through CRO and web testing strategies across the Mimco website.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Must have experience managing and developing email communications and CRM tactics.
  • Should have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud.
  • Should be familiar with agency management experience (Email design & build, CRM, Creative agencies - campaigns & content).
  • Must have experience managing CRM, e-marketing, and content marketing programmes, driving ROI.
  • Should demonstrate evidence of training/development in Marketing Cloud.

About the Position:

This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive remuneration package, including an estimated annual salary of $80,000-$100,000 AUD, depending on experience. Estimated Salary: $85,000 AUD per annum
