About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our Melbourne team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing high-impact campaigns and serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Paid Media Management: Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads to drive business results.
  • Strategic Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights to boost return on ad spend (ROAS), revenue, and profitability.
  • Client Partnership: Manage client expectations and cultivate strong relationships with clients as their primary point of contact.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with in-house teams to coordinate specialized services, including creative, content, and email marketing.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide insightful, actionable reports on campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Platform Proficiency: Strong experience in Google Ads, with a focus on paid media management and optimization.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and able to interpret complex data to inform targeted optimizations.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing monthly ad budgets ranging from $30,000 to $200,000+.
  • Client Relations: Proven ability to manage and foster strong client relationships.
  • Attention to Detail: High precision in campaign setup, reporting, and ongoing management.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills for delivering insights clearly to both clients and internal teams.
What You Bring
  • 2-4 Years of Experience: In a digital agency, working hands-on with Google Ads.
  • Focused on Results: With a keen eye on metrics like click-through rate (CTR), ROAS, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Growth-Oriented Mindset: Proactive and eager to make a meaningful impact in your role.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
