The Role

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating marketing initiatives and supporting the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences. This role is diverse, challenging, and rewarding, offering the chance to make a real impact.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and expos.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials like brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Manage CRM systems to track leads, analyse customer behaviours, and optimise data.
  • Prepare estimates, sales proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Deliver regular sales performance reports and support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Assist in the booking process and follow-up for client interactions.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B Marketing and sales support roles.
  • Skills: Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling tools.
  • Attributes: Positive, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
