Territory Sales Manager: A Strategic Role in Regional Victorian Territory

- This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual to manage a diverse territory, drive distribution and sales growth, and expand the customer base within the assigned region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the territory. This includes identifying and prospecting new customers, building strong relationships, and converting leads into sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities also include conducting face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements. Additionally, collaboration with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
The role requires extensive travel within the North West Regional Victorian territory, with approximately 6 overnight stays a month and an estimated 90% travel frequency depending on business needs and customer demands.
