
Territory Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead business growth in designated territories.
As a Regional Business Growth Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales and margin expansion through strategic planning and execution
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Negotiating and selling on shelf positioning and new product ranging opportunities
- Activating merchandising activities and promotional plans to drive business results
- Ensuring compliance with all workplace health and safety procedures
You will report directly to the National Sales Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- At least 3 years of experience in FMCG sales or a related field
- A proven track record of business development and growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and other relevant tools
- A valid driver's license for travel within Victoria
