We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven professional to spearhead our expansion into Australia.

This is a high-impact role that requires a deep understanding of the Mariana Tek platform, as well as exceptional sales and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in establishing product-market fit, driving early wins, and building a team that will carry the region forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a localized go-to-market strategy for Mariana Tek in Australia
  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
  • Represent Mariana Tek in the market: meet with prospects, attend industry events, and build relationships within the boutique fitness ecosystem
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to localize positioning and messaging
  • Recruit, train, and mentor the first local team member in Australia as the region gains traction
  • Partner closely with onboarding and customer success to ensure smooth transitions from sale to go-live
  • Help define the operational blueprint for expansion in the AU region

You'll be based out of our Melbourne office and work 38 hours a week, with flexibility to work from home the remaining hours. We offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where you will spend 2-3 days per week in the Melbourne office and the rest working from home.
