We are seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica. As a key member of our market access team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patients have access to our innovative therapies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage financial estimates for all Novartis pipeline products, identifying data gaps and areas of financial uncertainty.
- Collaborate with the broader HE team to lead the development of Financial Estimates included in PBAC submissions.
- Assist in the preparation of additional related reimbursement applications as needed.
- Provide input for pricing strategy across the product lifecycle.
- Support business case development with global Pricing and Market Access teams.
- Track competitor intelligence and provide analytical support to predict price changes.
- Facilitate the development of pricing systems and analytical tools.
- Assess the impact of government pricing policies on Novartis.
- Maintain a positive relationship with the Department of Health.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Undergraduate qualifications in Economics, Science, Business, or Politics.
- Postgraduate studies in health economics, public policy, economics, or MBA.
- Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
- Advanced excel skills and ability to analyse complex issues.
- High degree of accuracy and organisational skills.
- Experience in data analysis and report writing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Ability to explain complex pricing concepts to leadership and international audiences.
